Collaborating with communities and enabling them to communicate their ideas, learn new skills and grow in self esteem and confidence through working with glass is a fantastic experience! Susan Purser Hope has been involved in a range of community projects from one day taster workshops for Primary School pupils through to long-term, major installations. She has carried out projects within all spheres of education from pre-School to Sixth Form.

Within wider communities, projects have covered encouraging intergenerational links, enabling disaffected young people to take ownership of their surroundings, promoting health services and awareness. In addition, Susan's work has taken her into the healthcare sector, working with both patients encountering physical or mental challenges and also the staff and families who care for them. For Purser Hope Glass, community projects focus on supporting and promoting the emotional wellbeing and mental health of adults, young people and children.
